O.K. guys, this is a real stretch, but here is the latest in my series of great paintings and then my rendition of that painting in a photograph. Yumiko wouldn’t let me put her gold fish in a little glass jar, so I had to substitute a vase of flowers.…

As mentioned earlier, I am taking a class where we are to take photographs that look like paintings. This week I chose Frida Kahlo, the Mexican Artist who painted many self portraits. Yumiko drew on one eyebrow and put on a red scarf and voila – Freida Kahlo.
