Kitty, I just saw the results of the Valley Forge Park photo contest and was delighted to see that your photo (which I’d voted for) won! I was even more delighted when I found out who the photographer was. You may well not remember but I worked for ASTM until 1981, when I “retired” to raise a family. I’ve lived in Valley Forge for the last 32 years! Congratulations on your beautiful work. I’m putting your book on my Christmas list. -

Really super views - some of your insect pictures look like they are ready to say something ha ha - amazing detail.You'll need to do some slide shows at zoo's / public halls^-^ / schools. Please come up to Shigakogen again to take Giant sparrow bees (I'm too scared to get get close). -
