
There are never cormorants at Eastern College Pond. But yesterday, there were!! Two of them!

There once was a nymph dragon fly in this casing or “exuivia”, but the adult dragonfly made her way out the back and will live another two months or so, mate, and begin the life cycle all over again.

I recently purchased a new camera – the Nikon D850 which is a total gem, except for the fact that I cannot import the images from the camera into my software for processing them. The image software I use is Apple’s old outdated Aperture. I have resisted going to photoshop all these years, but…
