As of tonight I have two photographs that made it to the finals for the Valley Forge Photo Contest. The two bluebirds are in first place. All votes should be counted by the end of the day tomorrow and the winner will be announced on Monday. Keep those fingers crossed!!

It was pouring rain in Valley Forge yesterday as I was driving along the interline road within the park. There atop the giant revolutionary statue of two Eagles was the little kestrel perched with perfect symmetry with the Eagle’s wing. Oh such a thrill!!
