Red Tailed Hawks have nested on a windowsill at the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia for the last three years. This is one of the beautiful fledglings who left the nest a few weeks ago and was enjoying a bit of rat sushi at the Barnes Museum two days ago when this picture was taken.
