A few weeks ago I let go three little egg sacs full of baby praying mantises in the front and side yards. I hadn’t seen any of the babies since that day until today when I saw a whole slew of them on our Japanese Maple Tree. They are the tiniest little things but hopefully will grow into great big wonderful insects. I’ll keep posting as they grow.
